What's New

The newest building construction will be starting up very soon and occupied Winter 2016 at Orland Grove Office Park.  The construction of this newest structure will bring our total building count to 16 in Orland Park.  We are hoping to get underway soon on the next building at this location. 

The focus has been hightened by providing our tenants with the highest possible standards in maintenance and grounds upkeep.  We are diligently working on freshening up the four office centers with new landscaping, flowers and interior updates.  The interiors of suites have been receiving facelifts as new tenants occupy, as well as some of our long term tenants being offered upgrades also.
